Linkin Park - What I've Done

Spend a day thinking "what I've done" yesterday

Things you want

What are some of the things you've wanted in the past that you're now glad you never got?
What are some of the things you want right now already had gotten in the past?

Yesterday

As the bee takes the essence of the flower and flies without destroying its beauty and perfume,
So wander in this life

Do You

Do you often compare yourself to other people? What do they seem to have that you don't? Have you ever thought about what you have that others don't?

Never Know

Never know what is enough unless I know what is more than enough..........

A Marriage Ring

The ring, so worn as you behold,

So thin, so pale, is yet of gold:

The passion such it was to prove-
Worn with life's care, love yet was love.

The Purple Cow

On the way back of the flea market, I saw a purple cow sleeping in a standing posture.
How beautiful it is to do nothing, and then rest afterward.

The Flea Market

The Lord up the hill

I went to a flea market at a Christian Church yesterday. It stands right up the hill , I think I have to admit I am getting older, oh lord, ha ha .. what an excises! Some of the friends are fellowship member. This was my first time browsing merchandise in/out a Church.

Morning's Awakening

After a dark and somber night, What's more delightful than the light spreading its first triumphant smile accross all conrners of the aisle, then flooding with its golden rays, the spectral and mysterious haze, till all the darkness must give away, to another glorious new-born day.

Point Of View

I've heard it said it all depends
Upon your point of view,
The happiness you get from life,
And how things look to you.
And the longer that I'm living,
I've come to see,
That this is just as true a fact,
As anything could be.

My Fairy Tale Image

On The World

The world's an inn; and I her guest.
I eat; I drink; I take my rest.
My hostess, nature, does deny me
Nothing, wherewith she can supply me;
Where, having stayed a while, I pay
Her lavish bills, and go my way.

Soon I'll be at Rome feeding Birds

If you always look for sorrow, then you'll have it seven fold,
If you go in search of rainbows, you will find a pot of gold.
If you have no time for dreaming,
The days are dark and grey,
But with a little bit of hope,
Your trouble slip away.

To Pammy & Kelvin

No day is ever quite the same,

Each dawn holds something new,
Sunny skies, or driving rain
To dim the heaven's blue.
When we are faced with sorrow,
The world seems dark and sad,
But then a new tomorrow
Bring hope to make us glad.
It's how we face the challenge
Whatever it may be,
That with your effort of conquer
Fear and adversity.

An Email

I'd recieved a shocking email just now,2 of them I knew for a while attempted to commit a suicide last night.

Thank all the doctors and nurses help them alive!

Last month,Both of them lost both mother in law; father in law;3 adorable kids in a fire around Sydney.

We do corresponding emails and it seems they are accepting the fact , they are both Strong minded person, but sometimes strong minded are mostly perfectionists. I truly wanted to help as much as I can , helping others to be happy is part of my happiness.

To Pammy and Kelvin(and the reader):

Why do we kiss when we apart,

Then kiss as we meet?

Was it because the kiss reminds us

Where we are,

And lets us continue

Uninterrupted

The flow of life?

The Truth

Small lives are so
Because they have small goal;
Small loves are so
Because they have small hopes.

A Morning Thought

Some people look great on paper. They have impressive degrees, sought after awards, and smart investments, but it all exists on a piece of paper and never really gives them a sense of inner self-worth.

Think about your life's true worth, the worth that you carry in your heart.
The sense of love and accomplishment that we carry in our heart will last longer than anything said on paper.

The mind is the universal place of worship

The same person who made you unhappy is the same one who makes you happy.
The longest memories, the deepest emotions, the strongest scar.

The more you talk about it after a long while , you still talk about it the same way after a while.
Let yourself go with the truth once things happening............to some one with good advice, not just a good listener.
Life is not so much a matter of what we have done as what we have not done.

Bluff Oyster Season Festival

Oysters The Bluff oyster, a local delicacy, is eagerly anticipated by New Zealanders each year.
Bluff is at the southern-most tip of the South Island, a region not known for its temperate
climes, but where many a tourist braves the temperatures to catch the view across the wild
seas of Foveaux Strait to Stewart Island. The Bluff oyster season runs from March to August
and there is a quota system that prevents over-harvesting of this valuable shellfish. The Bluff
oyster can be eaten raw or cooked. It is unique to New Zealand and not exported as the local
market takes the full quota. The Bluff Oyster and Southland Seafood Festival is an annual event held in June.
Southland has a natural unspoilt beauty that travellers find hard to leave. The character of the
region is found in the landscape – the endless beaches pounded by the Pacific Ocean, rolling
green, fertile plains, meandering rivers and rugged mountains.
Southland’s scenery is forever changing. You can stand in a forest and feel you’re the only perosn on earth.

Old Tyme Ginger Beer

The day before yesterday, dear Jia treated to a fine Indian Cuisine called Bengal Cafe. They had the best Nan(Leavened bread baked in clay oven). The spinach with Tofu serve with white rice was simple, but tasty.(great for Vegan, low in calories).

This is not the fist time I'd drank Ginger Beer, the Old Tyme brand was truly the best.Genuine Ginger flavor floating down my throat , and still stays inside my tongue when I reached home. It's also a good ingredient for salad dressing, cocktail, marinate or as a low Calories ( One bottle = 138 C) refreshing on a hot summer day.
P.S
Thank you for such a lovely early dinner dear Jia.

Magical Tree From NZ White Island

Trees have guardian spirits, and we can learn many things from sitting quietly near a tree and communicating with its energy.Tree spirits can have their favorite human, just as we can choose our favorite tree. Find a tree that you are free to enjoy, and get to know it. To greet your tree, stand back so it is in full view and take your eyes to the top of the tree, admiring the space where heaven meets earth. Then look at the detail of your tree, the beauty of its branches, the strength of its roots. Tree can teach us about strength, dignity, peace, and giving.

Our Moods

Our moods are like the wind- one minute blowing fiercely, the next breathing gently, but always moving on.

Wheather I am in a "Good" mood or a " Bad" mood , I try to express myself through current emotion and see if it come to greater peace and clarity as a result.

I allow my emotion to teach me about myself without engulfing myself in them.
My pasted away grandpa always inspired us on - You can't correct your mistakes until You admit them.
