Today's Dinner


Honey Mustard Chicken (4 serves)

1/3 cup Dijion mustard
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or dried dill
1 tea spoon freshly grated orange peel
1 (3 pound) chicken,quartered

A. Preheat oven to 400 degree.Combine mustard and honey in a small bowl.Stir in dill and orange peel.
B. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place chicken, skin side down, on prepared pan.Brush sauce on top of chicken,coat well.
C. Turn chicken over.Gently pull back skin and brush meat with sauce.Gently pull skin back over sauce.
D. Brush skin with remaining sauce.Bake till juices run clear about 30 mins.

Healthy Breadfast


Banana Pancakes

2 eggs
one carton of milk
2 medium Banana
All Purpose Flour (1 glass (8 oz) and half)
Granulated sugar ( 3 table spoons)

1. Peel Banana and slice it
2. Pour Flour into a big bowl,add 2 eggs,3 table spoons of sugars and the milk into the beating machine till it fluffy
3. Add Banana slice into the fluffy flour,mix well.
4. 5 table spoons of Olive Oil into the non sticky pan till hot,simmer,pour the fluffy flour (like a circle) in the pan and fry till both side goldenly.3 mins for each side.

Tips:
The thinner the fluffy flour was the more tasty it will be.
Add some butter into fuffy flour, no need to put oil into the pan.

Boneless Healthy Chicken


4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 ounces brie cheese, quartered
8 tablespoons apricot preserves
1/2 cup sliced almonds


Gently pound chicken to 1/4 inch thickness.

Heat olive oil, cook and brown the chicken on both sides for 10 minutes.

Place in baking dish.

Top each piece with a quarter of the brie and 2 T of the preserves.
Sprinkle with the almonds.

Bake at 400* for about 8 minutes, until cheese melts and chicken is done.

Freedom Tea


2 tablespoons strong loose tea
3 cardamom seeds
sugar
cream

When the water comes to a boil slowly pour it over the tea into the teapot till the teapot is full.
Put the lid on and let it rest 3-5 minutes.
Remove strainer.
Serve hot tea with sugar and cream to taste. We like it sweet and creamy.

Morning Bath


I took a morning bath today and put on my favorite Loreal Revitallift mask for 10 mins.I felt refreshing all morning till now.



Today is domestic day.
I clean the stove;sweep the floor and washing it as well.(the floor smoothier than my face now). The window is sparkle clear through (in and out).The whole house smell's fantastic.

Almost time to prepare the dinner for everyone.
Before doing that, I have to head out to purchase some fruits and some errands.

Beginning

Tnere are no endings, only new beginnings.
Beginnings are not always easy. But without them life will not exist.
Sometimes we wish we could by pass the beginnings- the confusion, the frustrations that always come with just starting out, not being sure of the way and knowing how far we have to go.
Although, we may think we want endings, completion, attainments, what we really seeking is the excitement of a life in which each day is a new beginning.
I accept each new day of beginning in my life as a new joy waiting to be experienced.
