Banana Pancakes
2 eggs
one carton of milk
2 medium Banana
All Purpose Flour (1 glass (8 oz) and half)
Granulated sugar ( 3 table spoons)
1. Peel Banana and slice it
2. Pour Flour into a big bowl,add 2 eggs,3 table spoons of sugars and the milk into the beating machine till it fluffy
3. Add Banana slice into the fluffy flour,mix well.
4. 5 table spoons of Olive Oil into the non sticky pan till hot,simmer,pour the fluffy flour (like a circle) in the pan and fry till both side goldenly.3 mins for each side.
Tips:
The thinner the fluffy flour was the more tasty it will be.
Add some butter into fuffy flour, no need to put oil into the pan.

I followed your recipe and it came out great,if you add a little more sunflower seeds,perfect!
