Today's Dinner


Honey Mustard Chicken (4 serves)

1/3 cup Dijion mustard
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or dried dill
1 tea spoon freshly grated orange peel
1 (3 pound) chicken,quartered

A. Preheat oven to 400 degree.Combine mustard and honey in a small bowl.Stir in dill and orange peel.
B. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place chicken, skin side down, on prepared pan.Brush sauce on top of chicken,coat well.
C. Turn chicken over.Gently pull back skin and brush meat with sauce.Gently pull skin back over sauce.
D. Brush skin with remaining sauce.Bake till juices run clear about 30 mins.
