My Missing Way On The Day

Saturday morning, my older brother brings us my baby sister Jia and my mother to the Staten Island Mall for Early Christmas Shopping of the original rule my brother set it up each year. A Big value of $100 of each one on gifts- It's a grand free picks! ;-
My Brother Teng D , never a cheat guy, he loves to shop electronically accessories especially the latest and expensive kind- Which in his concepts Item lasted longer. In a way, I do agreed on some..........I think, Cheap n' Qualities is still my way...lolll..... I am a plenty normal simplified woman in this chaotic world as I do try.
Off the car, camera been ran out of memory after this H&M front displaying , pissing off!
I have this grouching mood arising up while on this little new sony thing...........We didn't get a chance into the store, far from Brooklyn NY, we do not shop for a store there are many out the city.

A friend of mine went to Sydney and being extremely exaggerated on those street cleaning system- the sanitation buses. The mins i glance at it, it looks like those one in the City I been born - Shanghai except more colorful functioned as I think. There are detergents on the rear of the inner , a computerized streets naming , punches what when where how or watering with those cutie on the ground brushes, it felt like a mini turning rollercoaster, 123 turn 456 side789 turn, if you lost control, you sured against the poll and laugh the head off. It's been 5 pm as I step out my house and walk about 10 Avenue for some thing unneccessaries accessories dued to emergency. The mins I am out on the street, Military Planes across high upon my head more than 20 and less than 30 , I am wondering what kind of special occasional occurs the day, why am i so excited to head out this early evening, I had got my answer while browsing another blogger friend of mine - www.Smilnsigh.blogspot.com at late night, it is Veteran Day! One or two planes been viewing on the street are not a big great deal, sum of that is extremely special!
This is the Church around 12 Ave where Brooklynie love to get marry right there, seasoned mostly booked with ceremony reservation. It can be comparison to the 5th Avenue Church across from H&M local clothing store.
Those doors are more than a Century old, made with mable wooden mix with Italian/Greek/Israel Trees of sculture(s). It sure looks very simple. It does not easily to caught an eyes on, but it does has it's own value of blessing.

This is another top part of the Church itself. It's very elegance with it's triple side profile which contains the Big Bell, rooms, book shelve,and most importanly like all Church- have had it's unique Sculture around side and the dimension of meaning.

When I was younger, mmmm much younger in China Shanghai - The place where my parents created me ;) and my parent originally from Canton-Toishan, so I ended up Canton-Toishanese . In America, where you born consider what you from. well, in Asia , it depends on where your biological parents are in deeded.
Okay, I was trying to flashed back those naive nonsense with cheerful smiley lives. I do schooling in Shanghai , half of my summer will spending in Canton-Toishan, travel back and forth most of my Childhood with my mother and my older brother. Sorry, Jia , heaven haven't created you yet!(ha ha ha ). I do not remembering I did ever went to pre school, except those first grade liken days left in Toishan, I learn one- those millions ; sweep the floor; washing the blackboard;listening to fairy tale, never rising my hand, oh by the way a tiny secret to share, I didn't sweep or washing or flowering any plants simply those kids know I came from other world because I look difference toward them. I am quite a crying baby as a child. A pain in the forehead thing to my mother. As i heard the memories of my brother, I cries all the time for little things such as the ants died,especially, where's mommy have gone? ohhhhhh.........a splashes of bundle tears out of magical eyes. I also hated to eat rice and typical food or repeatance in the same or leave the best at last..........................
There were also quite funny to enjoy with- one day my mother put me to those so called kinder , it such a long walk crossing many streams and grasses mountains and other villages and roads where farmers holding a cow or pooching a crowed of chickens nor ducky's halwling to sell or morning walks............. anyway, I was behind her back while she's home thought she has take me to so called pre school. I disliked very much those days in such school for a couples of weeks.
I started First grade in Shanghai was better because many fun handcrafts and stories to learn from. In Shanghai , Mandarin is an International basic language (English) we called dialect all school teaching to read, write charaterstic (word), we have our own pronouciation (PinYin) just like 26 alphabet maybe I do not quite remembered that all, but existen in minded.

I was sat on the swing bouncing slidely back and forth the other day in Brooklyn New york.

It was my old habbit, I like to pick up free paper in the container by side street. I'd grasped a few like usual.

When I was little, swing is a tiny dream as passing by a local park, ha ha believed or not my first swing happened in early adult hood, a mookie periodically full of certainty of daily lives.

The worst experiment of being able to swing simply the first foot print of learning to walk as a human beings excitement , curiosities, tremblement of able and unable as know VS unknown. Do u still remember your first walk as the premier.

In my dictionary, "Good Friend" means a person I have met for a long times, but they gossip a great deal behind my back ( mostly negatively self judgemental, which was unimportant to me ). My True friends ( person who judge his/her self out of a situation before communicating with me) asking " why are you keep seeing those "good friends " of yours (once or four times during a year)" ? " well, they are not devils to them self ( besides gossip) , I truly believe what goes around comes around ! Because it all shows on their complains in life." I replied.

There's one thing I don't quite understand, three of my "good friends" are Christian, do they really think GOD will bless them of all the things they'd been gossip around?? I doubt it , I doubt it as a humanbeings.

In my life ( so far,lol....) , I have 3 Best friends ( they're all living different states) , we communicate through emailing when we need to share personal thoughts, they are my soul food! I never needed to worry a bit on how they going to gossip about me , because they won't, they are decent people with respect through their own life experiencing, and or educational!

I have heard many said that friends are trouble, they rather stay alone, well, it all depends on how you handle it in your little " Dictionary".

I can make friend(s) everyday if I am heading out or travel around, they are my acquaintance friends, if I see them again or leave a contact #s , we become good travel buddies ,lol...........

I have blogger friends too! Some are far from me, but everything is from the heart it counts!

After I announced my Vocation conception , a few of my new friends ( some are from reading my blog) called up on me to pay a visit of places we've been chatting with...................
The first stop was the Amazing Amusement Aquarium. We took the bus ride on like merely two hours , I drank too much water and I need to go so badly, but truly HATES the stinky dry toilet on the bus, out of no choice I went ( without my breath LOL.........). Now, I can imagine how those suicidal person feel at the last min......Out of breath is horribly painful,Dont do it! Love your breath!
We dont see any Aquarium except bushes and hills after landed off! Where the heck is the Amusement? It was up there- The bus driver point uphill-you can either hike up where there are color ribbons to follow or wait for an Aquarium staff(s) for another hour and it costs a pretty penny as well. Oh well, we are not that old after all, we rather hike by ourself without a penny, if we wait for the tour guide we hike by our- self anyway.......lol
OMG, omg, omg, what a rip off was a line I heard it from my friend Rose G and Schein for an hour, come on guys, cool it! we all overweight anyhow,lol...............
We got gorgeous refreshment/finger food at the "welcome you" lounge, FREE!
There are pine tress around the stairs when go second floor, painting, historic stories of the Aquarium etc.
We are just about time to enter the Dolphin show (too bad, no camera), altho i did tried without a flash.lol.....They are amazingly polite/they bow to all audience(OMG)(SO SMART), they performing different gestures while the trainer put on classical music , all the movements run with the lyric smoothly..............It was an awesome 45 mins.
There are groups of water animals ponds by ponds , all good performers! We bought food and food feeding them, they know how to kisses our lips, ohhhhhhhh, so cute!

I'd recieved a shocking email just now,2 of them I knew for a while attempted to commit a suicide last night.

Thank all the doctors and nurses help them alive!

Last month,Both of them lost both mother in law; father in law;3 adorable kids in a fire around Sydney.

We do corresponding emails and it seems they are accepting the fact , they are both Strong minded person, but sometimes strong minded are mostly perfectionists. I truly wanted to help as much as I can , helping others to be happy is part of my happiness.

1. Cut each bananas into fourths.
2. Arrange bananas in greased 9 inch pie plate.
3. Dot with butter.
4. Drizzle with orange and lemon juice.

Oysters The Bluff oyster, a local delicacy, is eagerly anticipated by New Zealanders each year.

The day before yesterday, dear Jia treated to a fine Indian Cuisine called Bengal Cafe.They had the best Nan(Leavened bread baked in clay oven). The spinach with Tofu serve with white rice was simple, but tasty.(great for Vegan,low in calories).

This is not the fist time I'd drank Ginger Beer,the Old Tyme brand was truly the best.Genuine Ginger flavor floating down my throat , and still stays inside my tongue when I reached home. It's also a good ingredient for salad dressing,cocktail,marinate or as a low Calories ( One bottle = 138 C) refreshing on a hot summer day.

Honey Mustard Chicken (4 serves)

1/3 cup Dijion mustard
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or dried dill
1 tea spoon freshly grated orange peel
1 (3 pound) chicken,quartered

A. Preheat oven to 400 degree.Combine mustard and honey in a small bowl.Stir in dill and orange peel.
B. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place chicken, skin side down, on prepared pan.Brush sauce on top of chicken,coat well.
C. Turn chicken over.Gently pull back skin and brush meat with sauce.Gently pull skin back over sauce.
D. Brush skin with remaining sauce.Bake till juices run clear about 30 mins.

Banana Pancakes

2 eggs
one carton of milk
2 medium Banana
All Purpose Flour (1 glass (8 oz) and half)
Granulated sugar ( 3 table spoons)

1. Peel Banana and slice it
2. Pour Flour into a big bowl,add 2 eggs,3 table spoons of sugars and the milk into the beating machine till it fluffy
3. Add Banana slice into the fluffy flour,mix well.
4. 5 table spoons of Olive Oil into the non sticky pan till hot,simmer,pour the fluffy flour (like a circle) in the pan and fry till both side goldenly.3 mins for each side.

Tips:
The thinner the fluffy flour was the more tasty it will be.
Add some butter into fuffy flour, no need to put oil into the pan.
